Update!

I'm back! Due to a combination of it being the last month of school and a knitting slump, I have not posted for quite some time. But now it is summer and I have much more free time than I used to! So hopefully posts will continue more regularly.

So...since I didn't do much, I don't actually have than many projects to post. I made a headband:
and some gauntlets for my very loosely based link costume:
I also finally took pictures of my striped cowl that I will be selling on Etsy.
So yes. Updated! Currently working on another crocheted twenty sided die. Hopefully will be done with that in a weekish. Have not been working on my leggings...they are boring to work on...will finish them eventually... Also maybe lost the notes I took when making Beartato? :( Hopefully I will find them soon so I can type up the pattern.

Too many projects

That's right folks, I am currently working on 3 projects and just finished a project. I'm in the process of knitting two cowls. One is almost done, but I'm not supper happy with the way things have worked so far...not sure what to do to fix it. I was thinking about lining the inside of the cowl with some sort of fabric, but I have yet to obtain said fabric. I have not given up on it yet! I will make something of it!
The other cowl on the other hand is turning out quite well! I am very pleased and I really like the color scheme I chose (turquoise and red). I think it will turn out quite well!
And guess what!?! I started that second legging! Yay! Still only have about an inch knitted, but that is a good start!
Just finished a head band recently. It is in my "to be sold on Etsy" pile. (As is the Bob-omb from the previous post, and a hat I whipped up) Anyways, it turned out super cute!! I almost didn't put the flower on, but am now very glad that I did!

And even with this large (for me) number of projects, I have still been really tempted to start about three more. I just need to concentrate on getting things done (mostly I should be concentrating on getting homework done...but knitting is just so much more fun!)

Beartato

So, it's been a while since my last post but I've been pretty busy. Started a new semester with 17 credits and a load of reading, but I have still been able to find time to craft. (I usually procrastinate by either crafting or cleaning, so I still feel productive)
Anyways, FINALLY finished Beartato!! I don't know why it took me so long now. I really only had about an hour of work left to do. Anyways, pics:

BFFs
I will probably start working on typing up the pattern when I should be doing something else for school instead. So in other words it should be up soonish. :P

In other crafty news: I plan to start and Etsy shop! I am in the process of creating quite a few things to sell so that when I get it all set up my shop will not look so pathetic. Anyways, currently working on two different scarfs, and I have finished a hat! I also have a stuffed Bob-omb that I made a few years ago with the intent of selling on Etsy eventually as well. Hopefully this venture will pay off!

As for things for myself, I have been working on some leggings. I finished one about a week ago and have yet to start the second...hopefully this project doesn't go into hibernation....

Sweater!!

So, it has been quite a long time since I last posted. But I have been working on a big project lately so I haven't really had much to blog about.
The big project has been my sweater! It turned out quite well. My only beef is that I think I sewed all the pieces together a little to tightly. The result is that I don't think I will be able to wear anything with a thick sleeve underneath as the arm holes are a little tight, also, the sleeves tend to ride up a bit. But overall I am really pleased with it! (Also, it's OK that I won't be able to wear sleeved things under the sweater, it is already quite warm is and snuggly!)
Anyways, here are the pics:

I have already started a few other projects since this sweaters completion (about a week ago). A friend at work was admiring my most recent mittens and asked me to make a pair. I told him I would for a price and so here I am making more mittens! I have one done and am about a third of the way through the second.

Have yet to sew in the loose ends as you can probably tell. (it is by far my least favorite part of any project, so I always save it for last)

Also, just started a pair of leggings...more later...

Sadly, I have hardly touched Beartato since I got home. *Sigh* He's so close to being done as well. I have made a resolution to finish him once I am done with the mittens. It will probably only take a few hours...I'm just at a boring part so it's hard to get motivated. But I will finish him soon!
